1. Overview

Villalo is a villa inquiry and discovery platform. We do not directly handle payments or final bookings. All cancellations are subject to the individual villa owner or property manager policies.

2. Inquiry Cancellation

You may cancel or withdraw your inquiry at any time before confirmation by contacting our support team or discontinuing communication on WhatsApp.

3. Booking Cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed with a villa owner, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and penalties are determined solely by the villa owner or third-party provider.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the villa owner may treat the booking as a no-show. Any refund or adjustment is at the discretion of the property owner.

5. Refunds

Villalo does not process payments directly and therefore does not issue refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to the villa owner or service provider handling the booking.

6. Modifications

Changes to booking dates, guest count, or villa selection are subject to availability and approval by the villa owner. Additional charges may apply.

7. Force Majeure

Villalo is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
